Contact form: when you fill in the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message.

Technical data: when you visit the website, limited technical data (such as IP address and browser information) is processed for the secure and correct operation of the website, including spam protection and limiting abuse of the contact form.

Statistics: if you give consent, we process data about your visit (such as pages viewed, visit duration and approximate location) through Google Analytics 4 to analyse how the website is used.

We use the data from the contact form solely to answer your message and get in touch with you. The legal basis is the performance of your request (pre-contractual phase) or our legitimate interest in responding to messages addressed to us.

We process technical data based on our legitimate interest in a secure and well-functioning website. Statistics through Google Analytics are processed solely on the basis of your consent, to improve the website.

We do not use your data for marketing and never sell it to third parties.

We use the following processors: Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States) for sending and delivering e-mail from the contact form, whereby your name, e-mail address and message are processed through Resend's systems; Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) for spam protection on the form; and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for website statistics, solely after your consent.

Data processing agreements apply with these parties. Transfers outside the EEA take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We do not otherwise share your data with third parties, unless we are legally required to do so.

We keep messages sent through the contact form no longer than necessary to handle your request, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is legally required or needed for an ongoing business relationship.

Functional cookies: this website places a cookie that remembers your language choice (NEXT_LOCALE) and any functional cookies from Cloudflare Turnstile required for spam protection. No consent is required for these functional cookies.
