Founder
Olav established Calm Investments in 2021. Prior to that he worked at Caldic, a distributor and manufacturer of specialty chemicals and food ingredients, the last 15 years as CEO. With an entrepreneurial approach he has acquired, integrated and helped more than 20 companies make the next step in their development.
Olav is a no-nonsense team player with a well-developed feeling for financials: he translates numbers into the right questions to bring a business forward.
Founder
Jonathan co-founded Calm Investments in 2021. Before that he worked as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger, completing over 15 projects in growth strategy, restructuring and post-merger integration. He holds an MSc in Offshore Engineering and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
Jonathan is an analytical enthusiast with a can-do mentality: open-minded, a strong communicator and a well-developed problem solver.
